Uday Express

Indian Railways launched the Uday Express in 2018. It is a special double-decker train for short- to medium-distance journeys, designed for the modern and young travellers. The name “Uday” stands for Utkrisht Double Decker Air-Conditioned Yatri Express.  

The Uday Express train offers comfortable seats and several modern amenities, making it one of the most unique additions to the Indian Railways.
