Ahmedabad Junction ADI Railway Station

Ahmedabad Junction Railway Station is the main railway station serving the city of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Locally, this station is also known as the Kalupur Railway Station. Apart from being the largest station in Gujarat, Ahmedabad Junction is also among the busiest in the state.

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport is located about 8 kilometers away from the Ahmedabad Junction Railway Station, and it takes about 20 minutes to reach the station. The Geeta Mandir Bus Station, which is one of the city's main ST bus terminals, is only 2.5 kilometers away.

Paid parking is available for both cars and two-wheelers at the station. The primary parking lot is easily accessible off the Kalupur Road, near the main station gate.

• By Air

Both local and app-based taxis are available at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport. If you have less luggage and want to travel more affordably, you can take the Ahmadabad BRTS “Janmarg” bus from the airport to reach the station.

• By Bus

The Geeta Mandir Bus Station is located quite close to the station. Several GSRTC and private buses from nearby towns and states stop at this bus stand. If you arrive here, you can take an auto-rickshaw, taxi, or local bus to reach the Ahmedabad Railway Station.

• By Metro

You can reach the Ahmedabad Railway Junction by taking the Blue Line metro to the Kalupur Metro Station. Simply exit the metro station and walk through the overpass to reach the railway station.

• By Road

Ahmedabad Junction is well connected to major roads within the city. Auto-rickshaws, city buses, and app-based taxi services are readily available from different neighbourhoods.
