I am not satisfied with the journey, still we are not reaching our destination. Kindly ensure bus owner along with bus management, very pathetic service. We started the journey from Guwahati at 8 pm. Now it's around 5:35, and we still have not reached our destination.

According to the policy, as a female, if I book a seat, then the next seat will and can be booked by a female. But whenever I go alone, a man always sits next to me randomly.

I had a terrible experience travelling from Gohpur to Guwahati on 21st October 2026. The bus was scheduled at 7:55 pm but arrived at 9:45 pm, nearly two hours late. This caused huge inconvenience and was the worst travel experience of my life. Expecting better punctuality and service management.

Bus was changed but no one called me regarding this change. Staff was not picking up the call. Communication with passengers must be improved.
