Instead of paying for AC, The AC was not turned on when asked about it, The bus staff told that you can complain wherever you want but we will not turn on the AC.

I was on the lower sleeper I had booked a ticket and there were 4 other people sitting on the sleeper except for me, and the staff was super rude and didn't even give me a different sleeper because people were sitting in mine. Never going to use again as no help was provided.

Worst bus to travel to Ambikapur. It's like local bus. They were picking local passengers every 5-10 min.
