The xx no. seat is badly bent and extremely uncomfortable, especially when trying to sleep during the journey. I have been facing this issue since last year and despite being aware of it, the bus owner still hasn’t fixed or replaced the seat. Please check the seats properly and fix such issues instead of ignoring them. Passengers deserve a comfortable and safe journey.

The bus arrived 1 hour late at my destination and it was like traveling in city bus as they pick up passengers every now and then. It started 30/40 minutes late then arrived late.
