RSRTC Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (Hindi: राजस्थान राज्य पथ परिवहन निगम ), popularly known as Rajasthan Roadways is the largest provider of intercity buses. It was established on the 1st of October 1964, under the Road Transport Act 1950, to provide efficient & economical buses for daily commuters and tourists in Rajasthan. If bus services are changed or downgraded, for example from AC to non-AC, will I get a refund?

Yes, if RSRTC changes the bus service or bus operator you were scheduled to travel in, you are eligible for a refund that amounts to the difference in fare, i.e your paid fare amount as compared to the current fare amount. Please note that refunds are not adjusted in cash, and they are directly made to the source account using which you had booked your tickets initially.

I have accidentally made a mistake and filled in incorrect personal details while booking my ticket. Can I change the same in my existing booking?

No, please note that once bookings have been confirmed and you have received the booking details along with the e-ticket on your mobile phone and registered email address, you cannot make changes to the existing booking. In case of any required changes, you will have to cancel your existing RSRTC bus booking and make a new one or get in touch with the customer care department for further instructions.

Due to some technical issues, I could not register on redBus. How can I book a ticket?
