I am deeply concerned and disappointed by the reckless driving behavior of the bus driver. Today, the bus was involved in an accident in which the driver hit a car and fled the scene without stopping or taking responsibility. Such irresponsible and dangerous behavior put the lives of passengers and other road users at serious risk. This was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the safety standards of the bus service. I requested an immediate investigation into this incident and strict action against the driver to ensure that such behavior was not repeated. Considering this unacceptable experience and the serious safety concerns, I demanded a full refund of my ticket amount XXXX. Passenger safety must always be the top priority. I expected to take this complaint seriously and provide a prompt resolution, including confirmation of my refund. Regards, a concerned passenger.
