On booking, it showed reached time 8:00 AM for Indore, but on onboarding, driver said will reach at 10:30 AM. Why this fake show on Redbus if they can't reach on time?

Absolutely worst behaviour the staff is terrible and driving also and in the end we had to switch buses to a non sleeper because they refused to go to our destination

Bus driver did not drop at the location I have chosen. The last stop was Teen Imli bus stand but bus driver evacuated all passengers 1 km before the last stop.
