Showing seats were booked for females; however, males are sitting on them. Smell of liquor all over. Bus was late by 1 hour 30 minutes at the boarding point, so I did not board the bus. Worst experience.

Did not pick up from the mentioned boarding point and was talking very rudely when I called to ask. Asked me to come 8km far from the boarding point using a cab to get the bus.

Worst service I have never seen. I request you kindly provide blankets in winter because in non-AC bus wind has passed and not able to sleep comfortably.
