Poor coordination. Booked from ISBT but later told to come to Khanapara, which is too far. Boarding point should be informed clearly before booking. Very inconvenient experience.

Did not stop at any rest point, bus changed and was given a different seat, rest all good, bus is hygienic and reached on time

The journey was terrible, the bus was totally a local bus, loading bus full of materials including dry fish to stopping at every door step. Very very disappointed
