Worst services ever. Get no civic sense. Nothing good. Never travel again with this bus company. No time punctuality. Bad conductor behaviour.

Blankets are smelling and the cleaning is not properly done, and rugs are dirty. Time taken also much longer to reach Gwalior.

Bus service driver and staff too rude bus smells bad puke not even blanket or pillow provided it says it'll drop Agra at 8 am but dropped me Agra at 4 am out of nowhere
