**Very disappointing experience.** The bus operator allows extra passengers to sit inside the driver's cabin and overloads the bus beyond its capacity. Because of this, passengers who have paid for confirmed sleeper bookings face unnecessary inconvenience. It becomes difficult to move inside the bus, and even using the washroom is a hassle due to the overcrowding. This is not only uncomfortable but also raises serious safety concerns. Bus operators should respect confirmed passengers and avoid carrying extra passengers just to earn more money. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their passenger management and follow safety standards.
