AC broken, staff rude, and smell from blanket. Self-service for blanket and bus windows, and suspension sounds like tractor sound every time. It broke my sleep and terrible sound.

Bus services are not good. Blanket and bed sheet are also not clean. Bus is extra full with passengers. Resting stop is not good and resting stop does not call passengers, then bus leaves. Everything is not good. Rest stop is not hygienic. After rest, going to bus but they don't call passengers and bus leaves. Cleaning is very bad. Staff behaviour is not good. Sweet sleep is not comfortable. Bed sheet and blanket are also not clean.

The staff was so arrogant, he started fighting with me when I just asked him ki bus kitne baje pahunch jayegi Gwalior and again he started quarreling.
