Had a wonderful journey. The professional drivers, Bharath and Charan, highly skilled, professional, and drove safely throughout the trip. Their driving was smooth and comfortable. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Complimentary water bottles were provided, which was a nice touch and added to the overall comfort of the journey. Amazing experience overall. Highly recommended

The ticket clearly mentioned the designated dropping point as the RTC Bus Stop. However, the driver dropped me at a bypass location on the outskirts of the city instead of the agreed destination. As a result, I was forced to walk approximately 3 kilometers carrying around 10 kg of baggage, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort. This is completely unacceptable, especially when the dropping point was explicitly stated on the ticket. Despite being aware of the designated stop, the driver failed to drop passengers inside the city as promised. Such negligence reflects poor service standards and a lack of consideration for passenger convenience and safety. I request that this matter be taken seriously and appropriate action be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Had a great trip from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad. Clean bus, comfy seats, on time departure and arrival. Staff was courteous. Highly recommend for a hassle-free journey. 5/5.
