actually they told as to come to near by petrol bunk and when I was trying to get in the bus the cleaner was where rode he ask why are you getting inside the bus I rude voice. he may tell bus cleaning process is going kindly wait but he was rude. very bad service and staff behaviour.👹👺

Absolutely pathetic service. My mother boarded your bus from Coimbatore at 7:30 PM, and your app showed an arrival time of 4:30 AM at Sholinganallur. That time has long passed, and she still hasn't reached. Who comes up with these fake schedules? Are the timings on your app based on actual routes and traffic conditions, or are they just random numbers entered to attract bookings? Passengers rely on these timings to plan their travel, pickups, work schedules, and safety. Publishing completely unrealistic arrival times is misleading and irresponsible. What's even more frustrating is that instead of providing accurate updates, your app keeps asking for reviews. How about fixing your scheduling system first? Stop misleading customers with false promises and start displaying realistic travel times. If a journey normally takes longer, be honest about it. Customers would rather know the truth than be deceived by fake arrival estimates. This level of incompetence is unacceptable for a transport service. Do better.

I travelled from Chennai to Coimbatore yesterday. The timekeeping was very poor. The bus was delayed and did not follow the schedule properly. The driver drove very roughly, like a sand lorry, which made the journey uncomfortable. The window glasses made noise throughout the trip, which was disturbing. Overall, the travel experience was disappointing and needs improvement.
