Number of worst parts of this journey. 1. Bus was not comfortable. 2. Bus was different on route with respect to attached picture before booking. 3. Only single driver available in the bus. No other person was there from the service. 4. No proper bus stop for dinner, morning breakfast and for daily routine fresh up. 5. Sitting arrangement was not as per given layout on booking. 6. No infotainment or stereo working in the bus. 7. No CCTV in the bus. 8. Best part was driver so supportive.

He said that he will arrange seat in another bus and then said rudely but didn't got any refund yet. terrible experience with red bus customer service. I'll file a complaint if I don't get any refund till evening.

Bus was cancelled by the operator. It wasn't even informed before. Our bus was at evening 6. We reached there at 5. Then we called; they said bus is cancelled. When I called the operator, he has got zero communication skills. Neither did we get any compensation.

I had booked for Vridavan and in between this place came up, lost all my money. Booking destinations should be properly made. Irrelevant places should be avoided or be displayed.

Are bus is 9:30 but it's received at pick up point at 12:00 pm. Literally so disappointing.
