No cleaning, bad smell, no hygiene. During booking showing another travel agency and actually it's different. Horrible experience.

Operator is using outdated bus. No sleep comfort, no hygiene, windows are faulty and taking a very long route. Instead of the claimed 8am, the bus reached the destination at 10.15am.

Bus condition was not good, reached destination ahead of time, and was dropped one stop ahead. They didn't even give a wake-up call.

The bus was terrific. It turned down 2 times. The driver was driving heavily and dropped us 17 km apart from the destination.

This bus is not going on Aundh Road route. It goes through Nashik Phata route.

Did drop at the drop off point, in morning at 5:30 he dropped at the wrong drop off points just for their convenience. I had to take a much costly cab because of the wrong drop off points they dropped. Would prefer never to book this bus ever again. One of the terrible buses I have ever been to.
