Bus timing as per system was 6:30 but after reaching Mission Charilai, bus was stopped for 30 minutes which was not mentioned in terms and conditions. After this, the bus didn't stop at the given place hotel for breakfast even though the stop place was so dirty. This is the second time and I got the same things. I urged bus operators to check and train their staff.

I don't even have the count of how many times driver hit emergency brake. Twice the people were almost tossed off their seats. Everything else is fine but the driving is terrible.
