Booked the ticket to boarding at Ashok Pillar, but operator changed the boarding point to Koyambedu. Similarly, the dropping point was Salem New Bus Stand; however, they dropped at Kondalampatti. Horrible journey. Please don't recommend this bus operator.

The live tracking was not accurate. the bus was 2 hours late. I almost missed my flight. I told the driver that I have a flight so I need to reach on time, he still stopped for tea and cigarette twice, the bus reached madgaon at 11, it was supposed to reach at 9. After reaching madgaon, the driver went away for 15-20mins. I had to get off at Madgaon instead of verna which was my original stop. It cost me 1000rs to get to the airport instead 250-300 from verna. I was supposed to reach the airport at 11 instead I reached at 11:45. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Bus was 3 hours late and phone charging socket was not working. Driver and bus staff were friendly and helpful. Satisfied journey.
