Need to improve on the A/C and the seating. Water was dripping but I really appreciate the conductor and driver for supporting throughout the journey.

Very bad experience 1 hr bus delay for AC not working. Actually, once I reminded about AC after 1 hr, they just simply drove. I think they started the trip without AC.
