The bus broke down during the journey, which caused significant delay and inconvenience to my parents. There was a lack of timely communication and proper arrangements for an alternative bus or support. This made the situation more difficult, especially as my parents are over 65 years old.

Water not provided in bus. Also, no blanket given for seat passengers. How can we travel in an AC bus without blanket?

I found the experience with the staff and cleanliness of the bus excellent. However, seaters in the AC bus did not provide blankets, causing disturbances during sleep.
