Did not inform about departure point. I got down 40 km away from the departure point. Poor communication.

They did not drop us at the booked dropping point and made us go by cab from Majestic to JP Nagar.

Other than the noise from the AC outlet, everything was good. It seemed to be loose or unscrewed. They provided hygienic blankets and pillows. Although the pillow was bigger than the normal size, it was still okay.

Vehicle is in poor condition. Took 11 hrs to reach. Took the longest route though there were no passengers to get down.

The journey took an additional 4 hours because the bus was too slow, noisy, and the seats and blankets were dirty. Worst bus ever.

Rash driving. Also, pick up late and drop two hours late because driver and conductor pick up strangers to make money, giving stops like local BMTC bus stop. Very rude behaviour.

This bus is not good and they won't drop everyone at their stop. They said to get down in Majestic and take that bus and they will drop you. Their behaviour is not good, so make sure to think before booking.
