Staff behaviour is very rude. Bus late for 4 hours. Really disappointed.

Very bad and utterly disappointed about this travel. Planned this commute by calculating the sleep timings of my 3 year old who wakes up at 6 am daily. Drop off time was 6 45 am and it reached by 10 20 am. This is unacceptable. One hour to 30 mins is acceptable as there might be any out of control reasons. Cannot bear the amount of stress that this travel has made. These timings need serious attention.

Bus actual time to leave at 11.15 pm at madurai matuthavani bus stand but it reached only at 11.50 pm. The office is closed at mattuthavani bus stand. Hence passenger could not wait in the office and no person was available to answer questions.
