Very Bad Experience – Misleading Service & Poor Bus Condition I had booked a bus ticket from Ahmedabad to Beawar (Rajasthan) through Vir Gurjar Devnarayan Travels. My original booking was for the 10:00 PM bus from Ahmedabad, which was scheduled to reach Beawar around 8:00 AM. Before departure, I received a call from the travel operator informing me that they were adjusting me in a 9:00 PM bus. I agreed to this change in good faith. However, instead of providing a proper bus, they assigned me a seat in Bus No. MP44ZE4240, which was in extremely poor and unacceptable condition. What made the experience even worse was that their Safar bus was standing right in front of us at the same time, and its condition appeared much better. When I questioned the operator about why I was being made to travel in such a poor-condition bus, I was simply told, “You booked online, so you have to travel in this bus.” Another major concern is the fare. The bus in which I was made to travel had a fare of around ₹450, whereas I had paid ₹630 online for my ticket. Despite paying ₹630, I was given a much inferior bus and service without any proper explanation or compensation. This is not just about the bus condition—it is about customer trust, transparency and fair treatment. If a passenger pays ₹630 for a booking, they deserve the service they have paid for, not a lower-quality alternative chosen for the operator's convenience. I strongly request Vir Gurjar Devnarayan Travels to look into this matter, explain why passengers are being shifted to inferior buses despite paying the full fare, and take appropriate action so that other customers do not face the same experience. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I would not recommend this travel service unless they seriously improve their customer handling, transparency and bus quality. please extra amount refund

The bus arrived at 4:30 AM instead of the scheduled 6:00 AM, causing inconvenience. Please ensure arrival times are more accurate or inform passengers in advance about significant changes.
