1 hour late at boarding point in Bathinda. suffocating cabin.

Enjoy the entire trip as well as providing the exact things mentioned in the amenities like fully clean seat, AC works properly, charging point available, reading light also provided. The best part was staff behaviour very impressive and completed the journey in the given time period reached the destination in proper time as mentioned on the app. Thank you for this memorable ride.

Bus was around 1.5 hrs late and nobody responded for delay.

The comfort was great. But the bus was not on time. They spend so much time on stops for unloading the packages they carry. So if you are planning to book this bus, be ready to have long stops and have 1-2 hours extra for your buffer time.

This bus is always late although the dropping time is 7.30am, but it dropped me after 9am. I’m disappointed.

The rent was very high, but there are hardly any facilities. Curtains have been installed in the sleepers, which was not safe. There was no drinking water and no proper washroom facility either.

Only pick station change according to pickup, last month no bus coming at Pathankot bus stand, it's Malikpur chock. Please add in pickup point.

Had a very good experience travelling from Bathinda to Delhi. The bus was clean and comfortable, the staff was polite, and the journey was smooth. Overall, good service and I would recommend it.
