VIMLESHWAR TRAVELS Bus Booking

The pick up time mentioned at time of booking was different (45 mins earlier) than the pickup time that shows up once live tracking comes on. Essentially you arrive and have to wait for an hour. There was a foul smell inside the bus. Even though being an AC bus, the windows could be opened. The window door could not be locked/latched on properly and all through the journey the wind kept opening. No water bottle given though mentioned in amenities. Live tracking was off. Bus showing as stuck near Anand Rao Circle. The bus arrived at pickup point after a delay of 2.06 hours (arrived at 12:06 am instead of 10 pm). Other bus operators coming by same route were able to reach with little delay (30 mins) due to holiday traffic. Reached Panjim at 1 pm instead of 9:30 am.

Worst experience.

Not dropping at my location. Stopped at Majestic and said this is the last stop.

Bad experience bad experience because the vehicle did not pick up the passenger from the right place and did not drop at the proper place. This morning, I was very angry with Vileshwar Travels.

A decent travel. Separate pillow instead of an attached one would help in sitting better. Head rest while sitting was also missing. This is not a Volvo or a Benz, so you do feel the twists and turns of the journey a lot, but not unmanageable. A quick midnight rest stop in addition to the dinner stop would help. AC was good almost throughout the bus but unfortunately our seat had a very poor AC throw. Arrived at Bangalore 1.5 hrs late, which was the case with most other buses. Beds were clean, blankets were fresh and water bottle was provided. Overall 3.5/5.

No backup bus as the bus got broken and that too it was in Bangalore.

Good one.

Ac was good but it was damaged so I could not sleep full of my journey.

Wonderful experience. Must try once. Recommend.
