They dropped us on an expressway with no vehicle and left us stranded, and also they turned off the AC on the stop, which felt like boiling.

Bad smell inside bus. Two seats in gallery and showing only one seat online during booking while only one seat given in every bus means half gallery was full. Small and short seat not comfortable for two persons in double seat. Leva, bedsheet and curtains were very dirty, leva/bedsheet were given instead of blanket. AC not cooling properly, reading light not working. The rest stop had very poor washroom and toilet. Only staff were good. Rough and dirty inside while new looking outside from bus. One hour late.

The behavior of the bus staff and the driver was appalling. Despite my requests, they refused to halt the bus for even 5–10 minutes to pick up a female passenger and a small child, nor did they stop at the designated drop-off point—the Chilla Border bus stand—as I had asked. Consequently, the person coming to receive them had to rush frantically from the Chilla Border area all the way to Kashmere Gate, resulting in a waste of money and causing a great deal of trouble.
