My pickup point was near the Nattika toll booth, and we were waiting about 50 metres before the toll gate. We called the driver and crew multiple times in advance and requested them to pick us up from there, as there was enough space for the vehicle to stop. However, they refused and insisted that the pickup could only be after the toll gate, about 100 metres further ahead. As a result, my family along with kids had to walk around 150 metres in heavy rain. We could not even use the service road, as it was closed, which made the situation even more difficult. We had a really tough time, and I wanted to share this feedback so that such situations can be handled better in the future.
