1. AC is too poor. 2. Blanket is too muddy and old, not comfortable. 3. Bus is not clean. 4. Drivers pick passengers up anywhere for extra money. 5. Travel conditions are too poor.

Yes... Blankets were not clean and comfortable . No charging facilities for mobile. AC louvers were not working. The dinner stop has no toilet for gents..The toilet available for ladies was also very dirty.
