The bus was scheduled for 11.40 pm but the bus was 3 and a half hours late so I contacted the delivery agent to cancel the bus and he said he would cancel and refund your money within 30 mins. Then I booked another travel but the next day bus agent failed to cancel the ticket and also failed to inform me. When I contacted bus regarding this issue, there was no proper response from their side. Very poor experience and poor service. Please don't book this bus.
