Very bad experience. Bus arrived nearly 1 hour late, no proper communication, asked to board from another location, very poor bus condition. Engine failed to start and staff even tried to push-start the bus, which is extremely unsafe. I did not travel and got off due to safety concerns. Please take action against the operator.”

Worst experience for the 1st time in Vedham travels. When they arrived at pickup point, there is a problem in bus. They didn't arrange for the alternate bus. For that problem, they are fixing the things in the same bus with bus full of passengers. Departure time is 10 pm, but actually they departure at 12.15 am. Worst thing happened yesterday. Don't do like this with passengers. Hereafter if you face any issue, arrange for the alternate bus. Everyone have some personal work to go early, but like this happened nah, how can the people go there.
