AC was not on and the staff did not allow opening windows. It was suffocating in the bus. Horrible!

Yesterday I travelled. The bus was really nice. The cleaning etc. were great. The driver and the office staff were number one.

I found the seats uncomfortable for anyone over 6 feet tall and noticed significant noise from outside. The cleanliness, staff behavior, and rest stop experience were all good.
