The worst experience I had in this travels. Actual pickup time is 11.10 but they came at 12.30. Morning arrival time is 6.30 but they dropped at 8.30. There is no proper reply from the driver. They didn't make any calls about the delay. They are irresponsible to passengers.

I came with family having 2 small kids. 8 o'clock was the boarding time. None of us had dinner that night believing that he will stop in the middle for dinner. That's what all the buses rule. He never stopped until even after 12. By the time he stopped, my family went to deep sleep saying that they don't want. Really felt very bad. Somewhere around 12:15 he stopped. I forced my wife to come and have something else. Driver insisted us to come within 10 min. Buses will go within 10 min. No courtesy at all when one family is suffering. System itself wrong.

Due to a severe service failure—specifically, a tire burst that resulted in a 4-hour delay—the bus was completely broken down. Because no immediate alternative transport was provided by the operator, I was forced to book a private cab/auto at my own expense just to reach my destination. As a direct result of this massive 4-hour delay, I arrived late to my workplace and was forced to take a half-day leave, resulting in a direct loss of pay (LOP) for me.
