The bus that was supposed to arrive at 10:30 arrived after 11:30. They also changed my boarding point and the bus that was supposed to arrive in Mumbai at 7:00 in the morning arrived at 11:30, which is when we talked to the operator.They gave false answers, saying there had been an accident or there had been a lot of rain, but in reality there were no such things... I got the driver's contact number from the red bus but the driver was not picking up the phone. I didn't get the car number and these people also changed the car. Unity Travels service is very poor. Every passenger should read the reviews before booking a bus.

There is no blanket in that bus. The staff said the bus is new. This kind of answer they gave to me. Staff did not announce that we had already reached the destination.

Ac leakage water droplets. We cannot completely shut the AC flow. Very irritating.
