Please focus on it for AC and bedsheet and seat clean.

The bus tracking feature is often not working, making it difficult to know the actual bus location. The seats are not clean and need to be maintained properly. The scheduled pickup time is 10:00 pm but the bus often arrives around 11:00 pm, causing unnecessary delays. When the bus is running late, the additional driver team does not provide any update about the delay.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. He stopped for 10 minutes at Marina Mall to pick up a passenger, which was not an authorised pickup point, yet at Siruseri, a proper pickup point, he rushed me to board within a minute. On top of that, seats L5 and L6 had a strong vomit smell, making the ride very unpleasant.

Bus was good and too comfortable but I was disappointed only on one thing as they did not even provide a water bottle because I thought it would be provided so I did not get it on my own.
