The journey started an hour late, and the overall service was far below expectations. Cleanliness is a major concern, the AC vents are not functioning properly, and the pillows and blankets are in very poor condition. I paid approximately XXXXX for a seat from Siliguri to Suri, and the service provided was certainly not worth the amount charged. Given the fare, I expected a much higher standard of comfort, hygiene, and punctuality. I strongly urge the management to look into these issues and take immediate corrective action to ensure a better travel experience for passengers.

In sleeper class, the AC window is located directly above the passenger's face and there is a serious issue of air leakage through it. The service support is extremely poor, making the journey uncomfortable. Privacy and hygiene are also in very bad condition. This needs urgent attention.

Overall experience was so good.

Live tracking system was not available from the beginning and the tyre was punctured but the rest all are very good.

Seats are cramped. Leg space is less. Handrest is available only at the aisle side. No armrest between two seats and at the window side. Very uncomfortable for the window side passenger.

Mobile charging facility was not working.

The driver is horrible at driving . rush driving.

The driving could have been better. There was too much jerking and constant vibration throughout the journey. also the ac was not adjustable, it was either full mode or nothing. would love to have a regulator !!
