Bus was 2 hrs late and no sitting arrangement at the stop. There was no operator support in the bus. Also, our seat was allotted to someone else until our stop. No clean seats.

No charging point is active in the bus, less cleanliness and unhygienic. Need improvement and advancement, seat comfort is also bad for upper deck.

AC not working full night. Suffocation and ventilation problem in bus. Bus driver and conductor rudely talking with ladies passenger. Customer care executive calling bus owner but bus owner not responding to redbus drivers' calls. What kind of bus services are provided by redbus? Ticket rates are too high but service not proved.
