Late by more than an hour, the driver tried his best but the bus was not moving beyond 50-60 km/hr. Was literally struggling.

The bus was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately no alternative bus was arranged after the accident near Ambur. I also have not received my refund. The bus quality was good, but the handling of the situation and refund process was disappointing.

There was a bus accident last night at around 3:15 AM. Within 10 minutes of the accident, I contacted customer care for emergency assistance. However, none of my calls were answered, and I did not receive any response. I finally received a response only at around 8:00 AM. If customer care does not respond even during an emergency situation like a bus accident, how can we trust your service and travel safely on your buses? This is the reason I have given a one-star rating. I hope you will take this issue seriously and improve your emergency customer support.
