Punctuality was zero. 6.45pm bus arrived at 8.50pm. The destination time which was supposed to be 7.45 am was nearly 5 hrs late and reached by 1pm. Never ever seen this delay in recent years.

Very very very very very very worst bus. Five hours late to reach destination. Half hour breakdown worst experience I have ever seen this.

Used to be one of my favorite bus services but now it is very disappointing. The 8:00 pm bus arrived only at 9:20 pm, and a journey that was supposed to reach its destination by 6:40 am ended only at 11:20 am. It was a very bad experience.

Worst travel experience. My dropping time was 4:40 AM, but it's already 7:00 AM and I'm still 110 km away from my destination. Extremely delayed with no proper updates. Very disappointed with the service
