The seat adjustment was not very comfortable. The bus was overloaded; most of the people were standing, and the people with seats were uncomfortable. Mostly, people (including me) had three people sitting side by side in a row. The seat was not comfortable for a single person.

I had to travel standing in the bus till Seoni. They had provided one seat till Seoni and two seats after Seoni. I want my refund amount from Balaghat to Seoni.
