The bus is mentioned as AC bus but is never cool. The AC vents blow cold air for some time and then switch to fan allowing bus temperature to heat up. They are not allowing to open the windows as well. I was sweating throughout the journey and had a terrible sleepless experience.

The seat is not comfortable when a person needs to sleep. There are no support edges to hold for the sleeper seats. Also, please maintain cleanliness. Thanks. Apart from that, everything's okay.
