I found the trip perfect except for the bus being quite delayed. The bus was clean, comfy, and had enough amenities. The on-board staff was very nice and cooperative. I would love to travel again via this bus. The cleanliness was excellent, the staff's behaviour was excellent, and the rest stop experience was very good.

Arrival time 2 pm. Bus started 45 minutes late. Poor tyre. Driver had no idea of the road map and took a long route. Even at 4 pm, we were still far away from Jaipur.

The seat I booked is very uncomfortable because the recliner of the next seat is damaged. Because of that, I sit very uncomfortably. Please improve the recliner system of the bus.
