i booked sleeper bus but I was given seater seat and without AC and unfortunately I did pay for AC sleeper and I got without AC and seater

The morning stop in UP was unexpected. The driver stopped at a roadside tea stall. There was no washroom or public toilet around. Overall, very disappointing experience. I will never book this again and not recommend it to anyone.
