The bus was late almost an hour. The driver asked to come to another pickup location, and when refused, he spoke rudely with the customer. They didn't even provide a blanket when asked. It was very unprofessional.

Toilet smell is too bad and the middle stop where bus was stopped there is no proper washroom

Very pathetic behaviour of the staff and not at all cooperative. Toilet in the bus was not working. Don't book this bus if you want to use the toilet. The staff was so rude while talking. Will not recommend this bus to anyone.

I have tried this travels 1st time and trust me my experience was totally satisfied. Seats are very comfortable and hygiene of travels was very good ...! Staff behaviour also fine . In future I will try to Travel with this travels company again also i will recommend this travels to my friends and family as well .

There is no staff on board. There is no space for luggage.
