Bus management is unprofessional. Boarding point is 9:30 PM but they told me to reach at 7 PM and when I arrived there at 7 PM then they told we will be there at 9:30 PM. Wastage of time and harassment. Moreover, the seats were very small, no bedsheet provided and unhygienic.

Rest stop is not good and food is so expensive. Dhaba staff behavior is very bad and rude to customers, then only want to collect money from his passengers. Food taste is worthless.

Live tracking not enabled. AC not working properly. We open the window for relax. Bus is coming 25 min late at Hazaribagh stop. Rest are ok.
