I had the worst experience in this bus, bus dropped me in the middle of traveling just because there were not enough passengers for the destination. Kindly request you to not travel using this bus.

This journey was very horrible. Staff behaviour was very rude. They were not willing to board the passengers who booked online tickets. They were only responding to the passengers who took offline tickets. Bus information was not correct.

I had booked a ticket to Hajipur, but at the Mango bus stand in Ranchi, I was shifted to another bus; this caused me a loss as I couldn't reach my workplace on time. They cited a bus breakdown as the reason. RedBus, I want to ask you: when a bus breaks down, do you ever verify what actually went wrong or check the repair bills? Trains are far better—they run on time at a lower cost and offer amenities like AC, restrooms, and cleanliness. These operators lied and didn't even bring the bus to Tata simply because there were only three passengers for the sleeper berths. It’s not just a one-off incident; I have to face this every time I book. I don't get the bus driver's number, live tracking doesn't work—so what exactly am I paying you for?
