Syndicate Transport Service Bus Booking

Very very very worst experience with this bus. I will never reference it to another.

They were purely cheater, had cancelled my bus ticket and sent me the message, and later on the conductor had called me and later on they had I said your bus was cancelled how you could call me now to go to, he said no we had not cancelled. I had the message proof of the bus cancellation how was it possible this way they were making some money double money because they were not cancelling the first but actually they were sending the cancellation messages so the person thought that bus was not going to operate and later on they operated first, so the owner was on the messenger for cancellation and they did not have to pay alternatively they would cook other passenger on my seat. This way they were making double money from one seat, cheating the passengers, also they were not liable to refund the amount for the cancellation since they were operating and we were getting a message of cancellation.

Bas all over food and clean but there is no value of customers time. Bus is almost 3 hr late.

The bus was late by 6 hours. It was broke down and I had to share my seat with two other strangers when I paid for the full amount.

Bus is 3 hours late. We were transferred to other bus which was coming from Pune and it was full. No seats were available there. Paid for sleeper and got adjusting seater. Worst experience, please kindly provide the refund for the journey.

The bus arrived late at the stop and subsequently broke down en route. Since it could not be repaired, I had to switch to another bus. It was an extremely poor experience, resulting in a 4-hour delay.

Driver to much.

City link is always the best for Mumbai Indore route and travelling since last 15 days. Staff are superb and decent including Nasir ji who is the owner.

Late time, but the staff are good at cleaning.
