Mainly no time punctuality, proper not answering and response in bad true answer in staff behaviour, no live tracking system, no drinking water bottles and specialities, etc. Totally SVR Bus Travels. I faced a bad journey and suffered a lot in this journey.

Please maintain seat cleanliness and ground cleanliness and try to have a good smile. It has been the 6th time in the same bus. I frequently get allergy while travelling in this bus.

Driving and staff behaviour everything ok, but whenever I sit in seat I'm getting skin allergy. Please maintain cleaning of seats and hygiene. This is my 3rd time. I'm getting skin allergy when I sit in bus.
