Bus is delayed by 2 hrs. Curtains and bed sheets are not clean.

Nothing is good in this bus. I am giving 1 star because there is no 0 star rating. Bus dropped me 4½ hours late. I missed office because of this. Pillows are worst. Seats are dirty. I will not travel in this bus again even if they give me a free ticket.

Very old bus and really poor maintenance. Bus arrived an hour late and reached the destination more than 2 hours late. And they waited almost for 40 min for one passenger who came late. Overall poor management.

My original boarding point was the Tirupati bus stand at 8:58 PM, but the driver forced us to go to the Taj Hotel, which is quite far away. The bus didn't arrive until 10:30 PM. Now, at 10:30 AM, we are still only at Annavaram. They have shifted me to another bus without proper seating for the rest of the journey to Visakhapatnam. I'm already over two and a half hours late, and I have no idea when we will finally arrive. This bus service is incredibly unfair and poorly managed

First of all, there is no punctuality and pillows look very bad, and there are no covers for them at least. I won't recommend this travel to those who are looking for punctuality and cleanliness.
