Seats are not comfortable. Initially, AC cooling was not working. After multiple requests to the driver, after half the journey they enabled the AC. Bus suspension is very bad, bumping in every small hole.

bus break down, no mechanics, no backup, for 10min repair it took 3 hrs. Then bus speed was slow, too many halts, added more time. unclean bus and driver

Driver is not behaving well and also he didn't drop us at my dropping point. He dropped me 11km away from my dropping point.

Staff is not cooperative. Very rude behavior with passenger and bed sheets were used and not neat and clean. Suggested need to maintain proper trained attendant. Preferred not to travel next time.
