Bus parts are not working and did not start at filling station for 2 hrs.

Booked Volvo bus and on time bus change ordinary bus and not comfortable chairs congested seats all over poor service

The bus operator did not call me before reaching boarding point and live tracking was not available for this bus. My luggage got wet due to water in storage compartment of bus.

Bad seating, uncomfortable seat, bad behaviour, no USB, no electricity in bus, and it was not Volvo.

They changed the bus at the last moment. They charged a higher price for Volvo bus but changed to a normal 2×2 bus which was not comfortable at all. Almost worst experience.
